The HUACHEN screw barrel factory is a premier bimetallic alloy twin screw barrel manufacturer in Zhoushan, China. Extruder sets are heavily reliant on their screw and barrel as core components for quality and grade. The screw is made of corrosion-resistant alloy steel with high strength. It is typically made of alloy steel that is heat-resistant, high-strength, strong, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The barrel and screw work together to crush, soften, melt, plasticize, vent, and compact the plastic. Furthermore, the barrel provides mounting support for other devices (heaters, cooling devices, filling hoppers, meters, etc.).
