Six steps to place an order

Step 1. Inquiry.
Please send us the screw diameter and the model of your machine.
If you have a screw barrel drawing or draft, send it to us! It’ll save you a lot of time!

Step 2. Give details of plastic raw material
Please give us the machine processed raw material and ratios for filler formulations. It may be possible to offer upgraded and optimized screw and barrel designs.

Step 3. Getting a quote and signing a contract
You’ll get a quote from our manager.
After you confirm the quotation, we will send you an invoice and contract for payment.

Step 4. Drawing
We will design drawings and send them to you for confirmation.
Drawings are made by AutoCAD.

Step 5. Production
Production time is from 25 to 30 days, depending on the complexity of the screw and barrel.

Step 6. Inspection & Delivery
After production, we will send you photos of the screw and barrel.
We can offer you the best delivery plan based on our experience.
